515 Congress is a commercial real estate project located in the heart of downtown Austin on Congress Avenue, and the challenge was to revitalize its presence through a compelling brand story. The goal was to transform the way the building's rich history and prime location were communicated, while highlighting its modern amenities and business-forward atmosphere.​

I created a visual and verbal story that positioned 515 Congress as more than just office space—it’s an experience. From cozy offices to expansive suites, each space is designed with purpose, giving tenants a big presence in the heart of Austin. The campaign developed celebrates the building's blend of history and modernity, emphasizing its luxurious amenities and congress location.

A Strategic Design Approach
Our design direction focused on blending the building’s timeless architectural elegance with modern functionality. By integrating clean lines, bold typography, and a sophisticated color palette, we emphasized the building’s upscale yet approachable feel.

- Messaging: "Timeless Elegance. Modern Performance."

- Visual Focus: The travertine marble-clad lobby, floor-to-ceiling glass, and full-height windows became central elements, highlighting the building's grand entrance and stunning views.
