As the Creative Director and lead planner for Hotel ZaZa Austin's Grand Opening Party, I directed the conceptualization, planning, and execution of the event. The party featured a curated selection of performers, including local musicians and bands, chosen to reflect the city's vibrant culture. Themed activations were meticulously designed for each room, utilizing the unique names of Hotel ZaZa's restaurants, event spaces/ballrooms, and themed suites to create immersive experiences for guests.
